Beveled glass has an angled surface around its border. This angled surface adds an appealing design element, creating a prismatic effect for light to reflect and refract, resulting in fascinating color highlights. Glass bevels are not always perfectly straight due to the nature of the glass-making process, which involves beveling each edge individually, further adding to the uniqueness of each individual piece.

Privacy ratings range from 1 to 9, where a rating of 1 indicates that the glass is as clear as possible. Glass with a rating of 9 offers maximum obscurity; however, this does not mean you cannot see anything at all. Glass with maximum obscurity makes it difficult to see anything clearly through the glass – especially as distance away from the glass increases. Glass with a low rating offers minimal privacy. Glass with a high rating offers maximum privacy.
